Our contractors adverts hold photos of their work, reviews from previous clients and all their contact info so you can choose the contractor you prefer by screening them by their adverts information. We're giving you the control over who you want to quote.

Companies & contractors who carry the “CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS” badge have provided the maximum information to put your mind at ease, these contractors have supplied the following details so you know you're dealing with a legitimate and experienced contractor:

Does™ offer Building and Home renovation services itself?
No, we are not builders/contractors. The contractors/suppliers which advertise with us will provide you with quotes and can be contacted directly regarding a particular product/service you need. We purely provide you with the platform to get in touch with contractors offering the service you require and for you to receive multiple quotes using the quote forms available in each service/category page.

How can I receive multiple quotes from the Contractors who advertise in the category for the particular service I require?
Navigate to the type of service or contractor you require. Within each category page there is a quote form to be completed. Complete this form as best you can and be sure to double check your contact info. Once you submit the information will be sent through to all the contractors/companies advertised within the specific category for them to respond back to you accordingly.

How do I email a single Contractor directly to receive a quote and NOT multiple quotes?
Using the search bar or navigation menu find the category for the particular service you require, then click on the email button on the contractors advert you wish to email. A window will pop open for you to complete your contact information and enquiry. The information you provide here will be emailed directly onto the company as a detailed priority message. They will then respond back to you as soon as possible.

Once the contractor has completed my job, is it possible to rate a contractor?
You will be glad to know that we have a review system in place whereby you can rate a contractor. Simply click the company review button on their advert, fill in all your details and submit the review. Please note all fields are mandatory.

I currently stay in Johannesburg but I need work done in Durban, is it possible to find a contractor in another region?
Yes, use the change location menu in the navigation bar. This allows you to change the region and find a suitable contractor in your preferred region.


How can I Advertise my company on™?
Click on the "ADVERTISE" link in the top left hand side of the page. Select the category you would like to advertise in and complete all the form fields required, once submitted a sales consultant will send you the required documents to sign, confirm your purchase and inform you of the process to complete your signup and get you advertised.

Can I pay for my advert monthly?
Yes, we offer an affordable monthly fee of just R399pm excluding vat per category & region. This is subject to signing a debit mandate authority and credit check. The minimum term is 12 months. Our debit orders are managed and run by Three Peaks Payment House, a leading online payment gateway.

Who designs and maintains the adverts?
Our own professional in-house designers will create your advert graphics for you. We will provide you with up to three proofs to choose from. Your approved advert will be posted live to your purchased category once payment or a signed debit mandate authority is received and validated.

Can I update my ad once it has been running for a while?
Information, photos, contact details and more can be updated at any stage during your advertising period on™, in fact we encourage you to constantly update your information and photos. You just need to contact us and request the changes. We’ll be launching an update in the near future to give you the option to manage, update and edit your adverts manually.

Can you redesign my website?
Yes, our experienced web developers can design/redesign your website for you at an additional fee, but if you advertise in multiple categories we offer great deals to accommodate you and provide website design & hosting with email at reduced rates. You will need to provide all the relevant content, photos, contact details etc.

How can I Advertise my company on, once a category has reached its limit of 10 companies per category?
If a category is full with 10 advertisers, any contractors wishing to advertise will be added to a waiting list. Contractors who are currently advertising will have first priority for renewal. If they delay to renew or do not wish to renew for any particular reason then companies on the waiting list will be provided with the opportunity to take the available space. You will be notified that a slot has opened up and you then purchase an advertising period.
